This Cool climate produces our elegant white wine varieties of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. The cool aspect of these Adelaide Hills vineyards captures the classical tropical fruit and cut grass aromas of Classic Sauvignon Blanc. Our Pinot Gris site is situated 400m above sea level. This cool vineyard site produces succulent, textured Pinot Gris with nectarine-like aromas and a hint of ginger. Dry and soft in style.
