We are so excited to be a part of ‘A Taste of Wine History’, a pop-up wine event, bringing together wine and history as a part of South Australia’s 2023 History Festival!🍷
It all happens on Friday May 5th, 5pm – 8pm in the stunning Morlock Wing of the State Library of South Australia. Sounds like the perfect Friday night knock-off drinks place to be – plus you may even learn something about our proud history of wine in SA.
Joined by our friends Bec Hardy Wines, Kay Brothers, Lake Breeze Wines, Langmeil Winery, Norfolk Rise, Oliver’s Taranga Vineyards, and Rymill Coonawarra we all share a long history of being among the oldest wineries in Australia.
To accompany these delicious drops, an individual grazing box is included in the ticket price of $25 (+ GST & booking fee). Additionally, a Great Wine Capital wine glass is yours to keep, and two tasting tokens are allocated to the wineries in attendance for you to redeem. Additional wine is then available for purchase in wine flights and by ½ glass, glass or bottle (bottles can be packaged to take home too). Tickets are limited, so getting in early is advised to avoid missing out.
A Taste of Wine History is presented by the South Australian Wine Industry Association (SAWIA), The State Library of South Australia and Adelaide, a Great Wine Capital of the World.
